Route

 

When you are in Valkenburg:

follow the blue-white signs "Sibbe/Margraten", you will reach the Daalhemerweg easily.

Exit the railway station of Valkenburg and follow the black/gold signs Castle Ruins (kasteelruine) and/or Caves (grotten).

* Take exit 3 (Valkenburg)

* after 150 meter on roundabout turn LEFT (3/4) - Provinciale Weg Broekhem

* after ± 1,6 km turn RIGHT - Koningin Julianalaan

* end of the road (Fire Dep.) turn RIGHT - Wilhelminalaan

* follow the road 300 meter

* at the Grendelplein follow the road to the LEFT,you are at the Daalhemerweg

The entrance of the Castle Ruins is on the Grendelplein on the left (stairs with lions). De entrance of the cave is 150 meters further on the Daalhemerweg no 27.
